PDCM Welcomes Megan Gunderson

PDCM is excited to that our previous HRConnect Intern, Megan Gunderson, will be joining our staff full time as  an HR Consultant.

Megan started her internship with PDCM in May, where she worked on several HRConnect projects and learned about how this division serves our clients.  In her new position, Megan is most looking forward to  using the HR knowledge that she gained through her internship to help her grow.

Megan is a Cedar Falls native and University of Northern Iowa graduate.  Her family still lives in Cedar Falls, including her two younger sisters and four family dogs. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through yoga and walks, and being outdoors – especially kayaking and boating.

Big city or small town? Medium sized; not too small and not too big!

Scary movie or comedy? Comedy always.

Never eat pizza again or eat pizza everyday? Never again. I worked at a pizza restaurant in high school, and while I still can eat pizza, it can't be everyday.

Most memorable moment during your internship? Creating my own training from scratch on managing virtual teams.

What are you most excited about starting your career? I'm excited to start learning more about the HR field and business aspects that impact HR. I'm also looking forward to becoming a full time professional!
