PDCM Welcomes Kyla Lacey

PDCM is excited to welcome Kyla Lacey to our Employee Benefits team as our newest Account Manager.

Kyla, a Decorah native and current Waterloo resident, joins us from John Deere, where she worked as an Inventory Analyst. Her background in organization, communication, and problem-solving will assist her as she supports clients, coordinates benefit plans, and helps answer coverage questions.

Outside of work, Kyla enjoys relaxing with family and friends, diving into a good book, and tackling the occasional home project!

Big city or small town? I love a small town, but I’m not sure I could live without easy access to Target!

What do you like to do on weekends? Weekends are for lounging and catching up with family and friends, and maybe a few house projects too.

What is your favorite show that you've recently watched? I’ve recently been getting into The Rookie but have always loved some comedies like Last Man Standing and American Housewife. 

Book or podcast? I 100% prefer a book over podcast or audiobook! I love the feeling of being lost in a book. 

What is a fun fact about you? Fun fact is I spent my 18th birthday white water rafting while it snowed in Montana.

What food can't you live without? I don’t think I could live without Texas Roadhouse loaded sweet potatoes. There’s just something about making something healthy and melting some marshmallows on it!
