PDCM is excited to welcome Izzy Johnson to our team as an HR Consultant!

Izzy earned a degree in Human Resources and is originally from Cedar Falls. She brings a strong background in recruiting and a people-focused approach to supporting clients with their HR needs. In her role, Izzy partners with businesses to provide practical HR guidance, compliance support, and assistance with a variety of human resource initiatives to help organizations and their teams succeed.

Outside of work, Izzy enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active with Pilates.
