PDCM Welcomes Holly DiMarco

Holly DiMarco joins PDCM Insurance as an HR Solutions Advisor with HRConnect. She is responsible for developing new business opportunities, providing solutions for Human Resource compliance challenges and offering training opportunities to potential and/or current clients.  She has seven years of distribution-level operations management experience. Holly graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a Management concentration and minors in Psychology and Leadership. In her time at Wartburg, she held Human Resource internships and worked in multiple Human Resource departments.  Holly is a native of Waverly, has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Cedar Valley Friends of the Family and is a local and national member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
