PDCM Welcomes Heather Brown

PDCM is happy to welcome Heather Brown to the PDCM Family!

Heather joins PDCM Insurance as an Employee Benefits Account Manager, where she will be responsible for assisting our clients by answering questions about their benefits, communicating with the Employee Benefits team, and finding Smarter solutions. Prior to joining PDCM Insurance, Heather worked as a team lead handling Work Comp insurance at VGM.

Heather lives in Waterloo with her husband and two children – Avani and Ford. Their family also has an Old English Sheepdog named Major.

Here are some fun facts about Heather:

What do you like to do outside of work? We like to grill a lot as a family, go biking and really do any outdoor activities.

What are some fun facts about you? I went to school to be a funeral director, so I have my Mortuary Science Degree.

What is your favorite TV show or movie? We really like funny movies – one of our favorites is Dinner for Schmucks.

Major fan of any sports team? I like to cheer on all of the Iowa teams – University of Iowa, Iowa State and UNI.
