PDCM Welcomes Emily Russell

PDCM is excited to welcome Emily Russell to our Employee Benefits team as our newest Account Manager!

Emily joins PDCM after 11 years in the Code Enforcement department for the City of Waterloo, where she was responsible for managing the accounts payables, receivables, payroll, special assessments, assisting the officers in day-to-day tasks, and working closely with contractors to get properties into compliance.

In her new role as Account Manager, Emily will work closely with clients to explain benefits, answer questions, guide them through enrollment, work with carriers and service clients’ budget needs.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Emily and her husband, Scotty, have three children, Scotty, Emma, and Ellie.

Best book you’ve recently read or TV show you’ve binged? For TV show I loved The White Lotus and for book(s) I really enjoyed All Good People Here and Daisy Jones & The Six.

Major fan of any sports team? With the push of a sports fan husband, LA Lakers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and of course the IA Hawkeyes.

What food can you not live without? I love tacos and chocolate.

Nerdiest thing you do in your spare time? I love home projects and organizing.
