PDCM Welcomes Claire Gerdes

PDCM is excited to welcome Claire Gerdes to our Employee Benefits team as our newest Account Manager.

Prior to joining the PDCM team, Claire worked for Farmers State Bank as a Customer Service Representative. Her experiences thus far have prepared her well for her new role, which will include communicating and coordinating with clients, answering benefits questions, and organizing client materials.

Outside of work Claire enjoys being outside, especially with her miniature Golden Doodle, Luna, and reading. Claire graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2021, where she played volleyball for the Coyotes.

What is something most people don’t know about you?  I have a twin brother who works in Des Moines. He is the only one of my six siblings that doesn’t live in the Cedar Valley!

Major fan of any sports team? Even though I played for South Dakota, I would say I am a UNI fan.

What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time? I really like to play the game Catan.

What food can you not live without? This is pretty specific, but I would say taco pizza from The OP.
