Kelsey Carriger Promoted to Account Executive

PDCM would like to congratulate Kelsey Carriger on her promotion to Account Executive, Employee Benefits.  Kelsey joined PDCM in 2015 as an Account Manager, Employee Benefits following her graduation from Wartburg College with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Kelsey has experience in handling complex and challenging employee benefit situations faced by employer groups- both fully-insured and self-funded.  Kelsey works directly with our clients throughout the entire benefits process, including implementing and onboarding new clients, developing benefit designs and strategy, administering the enrollment process, working through renewals, and providing exceptional service throughout the year. With over 10 years of customer service experience and a background in healthcare patient services and website management, Kelsey specializes in partnering with employers on their online benefit enrollment systems.
