Megan is an HR Consultant for the HRConnect division of PDCM Insurance. She is responsible for providing consultative HR advice and assisting clients with day-to-day HR responsibilities. She also develops, revises, and updates HR-related documents, policies, and procedures.
Megan started with PDCM Insurance as an HR Intern in May of 2022. She joined the team full time in December 2022, after she graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Management with Human Resources emphasis.
She is a national and local member for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and she is currently serving a two-year term as the Marketing Chair on the Cedar Valley SHRM Board. Megan also holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation.
Megan is a Cedar Falls native and has a dog named Maisy. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through yoga and walks, and being outdoors – especially kayaking and boating.
