Jay Schares joined PDCM Insurance as a Commercial Lines Producer in 2006.
Jay received his BA degree in Public Relations/Communication from the University of Northern Iowa and continued his studies in the graduate program following his undergraduate work.
Jay's insurance specialties focus on developing risk management strategies for industries including technology, manufacturing, social service, and public entities. He is a graduate of the Hartford School of Insurance program, where he earned his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.
Outside of PDCM, Jay is an active volunteer for a variety of community organizations, including March of Dimes, Community Services Building, and North Star Community Services. Jay is married to Sara and they have a son, Maddox.
