Isabella Johnson is an HR Consultant with the HRConnect Division at PDCM Insurance. In her role, Izzy works closely with clients to provide practical HR guidance, compliance support, and assistance with a variety of human resource initiatives designed to strengthen organizations and their teams. Izzy earned her degree in Human Resources and is originally from Cedar Falls. She brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to helping businesses navigate their HR needs with confidence and care. Outside of work, Izzy enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
