Holly DiMarco serves PDCM Insurance as an HR Solutions Advisor with HRConnect. She is responsible for developing new business opportunities, providing solutions for Human Resource compliance challenges and offering training opportunities to potential and/or current clients.
Holly has seven years in distribution-level operations management experience prior to this position. She is a native of Waverly and graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a Management concentration and minors in Psychology and Leadership. In her time at Wartburg, she held Human Resource internships and worked in multiple Human Resource departments.
Holly is an active member of the Junior League of Waterloo-Cedar Falls and a current member of the Cedar Valley Leadership Institute. She is a local and national member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is the president-elect of the local SHRM chapter and is also working towards becoming a SHRM certified professional.
Holly and her husband Michael have two young boys, Leo and Luca, who keep them busy, and they love watching them grow and experience all of life’s “firsts”. They enjoy being active outside along with their dog Charlie, and spending time with family and friends.
