Holly DiMarco serves PDCM Insurance as an HR Solutions Advisor with HRConnect. She is responsible for developing new business opportunities, providing solutions for Human Resource compliance challenges, and offering training opportunities to potential and/or current clients.
Holly is a native of Waverly and graduated from Wartburg College with a B.A. in Business Administration with a Management Concentration and minors in Psychology and Leadership. Prior to this position she has experience managing and leading teams in distribution operations management.
Holly is passionate about working and serving in the Cedar Valley community. She is an active member of the Junior League of Waterloo-Cedar Falls and currently leads fundraising efforts for the League, a current board member of One Cedar Valley, and a graduate of the Cedar Valley Leadership Institute. She is a local and national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. She is currently Past-President on the board of the Cedar Valley SHRM chapter, having served as President of the chapter in 2023, and is an associate member of Cedar Valley Home Builder’s Association.
Holly and her husband, Mike, have three young children, Leo, Luca, and Siena, along with their loving and energetic dog, Charlie. They enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, and any opportunity to be active outside, especially spending time on the water during the summer months.
