PDCM Welcomes Ashley Hess

PDCM is excited to welcome Ashley Hess as our newest Commercial Lines Account Manager. Ashley comes to PDCM after a number of years working in customer relations and previously personal insurance as well.

In her new role as Account Manager, Ashley will be responsible for working with clients through the renewal process, answering questions, and assisting clients with their policy needs.

Ashley currently lives in La Porte City, IA with her boyfriend and his two children. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, golfing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

What is the best TV show you’ve recently binged? Virgin River and Sweet Magnolias are some favorite Netflix shows, but old favorites are Friends and Grey’s Anatomy.

Are you a major fan of any sports teams? The Iowa Hawkeyes and Dallas Cowboys

What food can you not live without? Sushi and sweets

What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time? Read and craft
