Traci’s work experience includes organization performance consulting, human resources, and career counseling. She has consulted across industries including work in organization design, change management, training development and delivery. She has delivered training at the college level in addition to multiple corporations. She earned her B.B.A. in Management and Organizations from The University of Iowa and her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from The University of Kansas. Traci has passed the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) exam and is a member of the Hawkeye American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Chapter.
