Patricia is the Human Resource Director for PDCM Insurance. This position is a generalist position so she is responsible for all areas in employment along with the coordination of the Agency to include financial aspects. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management to include a Human Resource concentration from Upper Iowa University. Patricia is a certified Kolbe External Consultant which brings the power of human instincts to focus on individual and team high performance. She also completed the PHR Designation through the National SHRM association and is currently working with World at Work to obtain the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation.
