Deb Dugan is our Commercial Claims Team Leader and Specialist. She has over 20 years experience in claims management and advocacy. Prior to joining PDCM in 1992, Ms. Dugan was a Senior Claim Technician with a national insurance company.
Kim Gienau joined PDCM in 2007. She has 15 years of Customer Service experience and is a graduate of Kirkwood Community College. Kim is assisting Deb Dugan in the Commercial Lines Claims department at PDCM Insurance.
