Frank Dowie III, CRM
Frank is one of the founding partners in PDCM. PDCM Insurance Inc. resulted
from the merger of two successful agencies. Vaughan, Pedersen & McCausland
Insurance, Inc. had its beginning in 1916. Bob Brown and Harry Dieckman
formed the Brown and Dieckman Insurance Agency in 1936.
Frank received a BA degree from Loras College. Frank has also earned
the distinguished Certified Risk Manager designation, and has completed
several classes towards the Certified Property Casualty Underwriter
designation.
Frank’s insurance specialties focus on developing insurance
solutions for a variety of industries including manufacturing and financial
institutions. Frank is also well known in Eastern Iowa for his expertise
in working with public entities, municipalities,
and non-profit organizations. Frank is a member of the Public Risk Management
Association.
Frank has also been very involved with a number of Cedar Valley organizations.
Frank has served on the Exceptional Persons Board of Directors, the Western
Home Communities Board of Directors, Hawkeye Community College Board
of Directors, Waterloo Industrial Development Association and the Black
Hawk County Board of Health.
Frank is married to Pam and they have 4 children and
6 grandchildren. |
